Data is accessible only to the Seller's staff and, for their respective purposes, to its processors: payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland), carriers (La Poste / Colissimo, Mondial Relay or equivalent), website host (Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Genève, Suisse — +41 22 820 35 44) and e-mail provider. These providers are located in the European Union or offer adequate safeguards.
Cookies
The website sets only a technical session cookie ("decapbloc_session") when logging in to the customer account, essential to the service and exempt from consent. Cart contents are kept in your browser's local storage. No advertising cookie or third-party analytics tracker is used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to give instructions regarding your data after death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@decapbloc.com with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or the authority of your country of residence.
Security
Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed and salted. Access to data is restricted and password-protected.
